Project Objective
A modern complex of row houses (townhouses) has been designed in the Kasakh community of the Kotayk region. Set on a 0.122-hectare plot with a slight slope, the project includes two residential blocks consisting of 5 private houses in total, each featuring a landscaped yard and individual entrances.
Architectural and Layout Solutions
The complex consists of two main townhouse blocks (No. 1 and No. 2):
Block No. 1 (2 Houses): Each house is two stories high. The ground floor features a living room-kitchen area, one bedroom, and a bathroom with access to a backyard platform. The second floor hosts three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony.
Block No. 2 (3 Houses): These houses follow a similar layout, each providing 4 bedrooms (one on the ground floor, three on the upper floor). One of the units is designed with an additional second balcony.
Roof: Modern mono-pitched roofs with an organized internal drainage system.
Architectural and Aesthetic Features
Facade Finishing: The design utilizes a blend of modern and warm materials: travertine and basalt slabs complemented by wooden or wood-like panels and high-quality decorative plaster.
Landscaping: A significant portion of the plot, 62% (759.5 sq. m.), is dedicated to greenery. The complex is enclosed by a 2.5m high stone perimeter wall, with retaining walls integrated into the landscape.
